HSBD requires a signed design agreement be submitted along with a 50% non refundable deposit. No work will begin without BOTH being submitted with order.
If you would like to make any changes to design, please contact us directly. Some designs can be altered, but may result in additional charges. DISCLAIMERS
Actual designs and color may vary. Our design gallery is made up of "rough sketches" which can vary when applied to fabric for a variety of reasons included, but not limited to, garment size, fabric, materials, special requests, etc. We do out best to keep the final product as accurate as possible to original sketch, however, please understand that there may be slight variations. Please note any elements that are "must haves" if you can't live without them in your design to guarantee that they will be included in the final product.
Prices may vary and additional fees may be incurred based on selections. The prices given and deposit taken at checkout are to act as an estimate. While our prices are accurate for the designs as shown, any special requests or add ons may incur additional fees. Regardless, any monies paid will go toward your final purchase price. IN STOCK/OFF THE RACK
Please allow 3–5 business days for in-stock processing before shipment. We are a small team and process orders as quickly as possible. Shipping may be delayed while we are traveling to or attending shows, when our regular shipping team, setup and schedule are not available. If part of your order is in stock and the other part is a Re-Order, we will wait to ship all of the items together unless specified.
We ship worldwide where available at checkout. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, duties, taxes and any applicable fees.

OFF THE RACK POLICIES
In-stock items and SIMPLY preorders
We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unaltered off-the-rack items, in-stock SIMPLY shirts and pads, and unaltered SIMPLY preorders, with the tags attached. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Made-to-order reorders and remakes
Returns or exchanges for reorders/remakes are assessed individually; a 25% restocking fee may apply.
Alterations, customization and sale items
Custom orders and products altered or customized—including measurement adjustments, panty panels, color changes, or princess-seam piping—are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Deposits are non-refundable.

RE-ORDER/CUSTOM POLICIES
By placing your order, you understand that you have entered into an agreement with HSBD to make a garment with size and features selected prior to checkout. Garments are not guaranteed one-of-a-kind. All designs are property of HSBD. If you are passionate about having a one-of-a-kind garment, please leave that in the "Special Requests" tab.
