SHIPPING
We ship products promptly once an order is received. If for any reason the shipping information used at checkout is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Please allow 3-5 business days to ship before contacting us. If for any reason your order cannot ship within 3-5 days, you will be contacted directly. Buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses including, but not limited to shipping cost, insurance, weekend delivery fees and certified mail expenses. If expedited services are needed, please contact us immediately for rates.
**PLEASE NOTE: We currently only offer shipping to the contiguous United States
RETURNS
We accept returns/exchanges onĀ unworn, unaltered off-the-rack itemsĀ withĀ the tags attachedĀ withinĀ 7 daysĀ of delivery. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.Ā All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.Ā Shipping charges areĀ non refundable.
Please note that returns/exchanges are NOT accepted on custom orders.
CUSTOMS
Please understand that we are a small family owned business and therefore have very strict policies.
By entering into a custom, you are agreeing to provided accurate measurements to which the garment will be made to fit. Any discrepancy in fit will be compared to measurements provided. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, however, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate changes. **Changes are subject to additional charges
By entering into a custom, you are agreeing to pay invoices promptly. All customs and semi customs require a 50% non refundable deposit with the remaining balance to be paid in full within 15 days of completion. In the event the garment is not paid for in full within 15 days of completion, the customer will forfeit all monies paid thus far and the garment will be made available for purchase to the public.
Customs are non refundable and non returnable. Semi customs are generally non refundable non returnable as well, but will be assessed on a garment to garment basis.
