POLICIES
SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped promptly upon receiving. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. If any corrections are needed, please contact us immediately, as changes may not be possible once processing has begun.
Please allow three to five business days for order processing prior to shipment. If an order cannot be shipped within this timeframe, the customer will be notified directly.
The buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping-related costs, including but not limited to shipping changes, insurance, expedited or weekend delivery fees, and certified mail expenses. Requests for expedited shipping services must be communicated at the time of purchase or immediately thereafter and are subject to availability and additional fees.
RETURNS
We accept returns/exchanges on unworn, unaltered off-the-rack items with the tags attached within 7 days of delivery. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Please note that returns/exchanges are NOT accepted on custom orders.
Any alterations or add-ons automatically void any returns or exchanges.
CUSTOMS
Please understand that we are a small business and therefore maintain strict policies.
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to provide accurate measurements upon which the garment will be constructed. Any discrepancies in fit will be evaluated solely against the measurements provided by the customer. While we may, at our discretion, attempt to accommodate alterations or changes, such accommodations are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
By placing a custom or semi-custom order, you agree to remit payment in accordance with the invoiced terms. All custom and semi-custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid in full within fifteen (15) days of notification of completion. Failure to remit full payment within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of all amounts paid, and the garment will thereafter become the sole property of the business and may be offered for sale to the public.
Pads and SIMPLYs require payment in full at the time of purchase. These items may be eligible for a refund of up to fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price, issued solely at the discretion of the business.
All custom orders are final sale and are non-refundable and non-returnable. Semi-custom orders are also final sale and non-refundable/non-returnable in most cases; any exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the business.
