We ship in-stock products promptly once an order is received. If for any reason the shipping information used at checkout is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Please allow 3–5 business days for in-stock processing before shipment. We are a small team and process orders as quickly as possible. Shipping may be delayed while we are traveling to or attending shows, when our regular shipping team, setup and schedule are not available. Made-to-order and preorder timing follows the current estimate on the applicable product page. If for any reason an in-stock order cannot ship within the estimated processing window, you will be contacted directly. Buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses including, but not limited to shipping cost, insurance, weekend delivery fees and certified mail expenses. If expedited services are needed, please contact us immediately for rates.
We ship worldwide where available at checkout. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, duties, taxes and any applicable fees.
We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unaltered off-the-rack items, in-stock SIMPLY shirts and pads, and unaltered SIMPLY preorders, with the tags attached. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns or exchanges for reorders/remakes are assessed individually; a 25% restocking fee may apply.
Custom orders and products altered or customized—including measurement adjustments, panty panels, color changes, or princess-seam piping—are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Deposits are non-refundable.
Customs
Please understand that we are a small business and therefore maintain strict policies.
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to provide accurate measurements upon which the garment will be constructed. Any discrepancies in fit will be evaluated solely against the measurements provided by the customer. While we may, at our discretion, attempt to accommodate alterations or changes, such accommodations are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
By placing a custom or semi-custom order, you agree to remit payment in accordance with the invoiced terms. All custom and semi-custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid in full within fifteen (15) days of notification of completion. Failure to remit full payment within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of all amounts paid, and the garment will thereafter become the sole property of the business and may be offered for sale to the public.
Pads and SIMPLY shirts require payment in full at the time of purchase. Unaltered in-stock SIMPLY shirts and pads, and unaltered SIMPLY preorders after delivery, follow the return policy above.
All custom orders are final sale and are non-refundable and non-returnable. Semi-custom orders are also final sale and non-refundable/non-returnable in most cases; any exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the business.
Alterations + Add Ons
Minor alterations + adjustments: $50
Panty Panel: $25
Please note that any alterations or addition of a panty panel voids the ability to exchange or return items.
Custom Timeline and Turnaround
Made-to-order and custom production timelines vary with current workload, design complexity and material availability. For current estimated production or preorder timing, review the Shipping & Preorders or estimated timeline section on the applicable product page. If no estimate is listed, please contact HSBD before ordering. In-stock processing times are separate from production and preorder estimates.
All turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Timelines may be extended based on workload, design complexity, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be advised if significant delays are anticipated.
Rush orders are accepted subject to availability, available fees, and adjusted terms. Acceptance of a rush order does not guarantee completion by a specific date, nor does it alter our refund, return, or payment policies.
We strive to accommodate all customers to the best of our ability. To ensure completion by a specific deadline, customers are strongly encouraged to place orders well in advance, as availability is limited and our booking calendar fills quickly.
