We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unaltered off-the-rack items, in-stock SIMPLY shirts and pads, and unaltered SIMPLY preorders, with the tags attached. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom orders and products altered or customized—including measurement adjustments, panty panels, color changes, or princess-seam piping—are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Deposits are non-refundable.
We ship in-stock products promptly once an order is received. If for any reason the shipping information used at checkout is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Please allow 3–5 business days for in-stock processing before shipment. We are a small team and process orders as quickly as possible. Shipping may be delayed while we are traveling to or attending shows, when our regular shipping team, setup and schedule are not available. Made-to-order and preorder timing follows the current estimate on the applicable product page. If for any reason an in-stock order cannot ship within the estimated processing window, you will be contacted directly. Buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses including, but not limited to shipping cost, insurance, weekend delivery fees and certified mail expenses. Don't fret! It's inevitable that a crystal will pop off from time to time... We've got you covered. Every shirt purchase includes a baggie of extra crystals. Keep the original baggie so the exact rhinestones and dye lot match. If you are handy, with a bit of glue you can replace the stone. Likewise, you can send your garment back to us for a touch up. All shirts with crystals, including SIMPLY, include one free re-bling touch up within 6 months of purchase. You must send your shirt with its original baggie of extra crystals; we cannot re-bling it without that baggie. Learn more about our re-bling program HERE!
Easy peasy! All of our garments are hand wash only in cold water with mild detergent. Lay flat or hang to dry! DO NOT dry clean, machine wash or dry in a machine. Find more dos and don'ts of garment care HERE

Please take into consideration that we try to accommodate all of our customers to the best of our ability. To ensure that we can get you your garment completed for a specific deadline, it is recommended to plan well in advance as our books fill up quickly.

For specialty fabric sourcing on a studio-made order, a $50 sourcing fee covers our search and quality check. Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific fabric in mind.
