We accept returns/exchanges on unworn, unaltered off-the-rack items with the tags attached within 7 days of delivery. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable.

We ship products promptly once an order is received. If for any reason the shipping information used at checkout is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Please allow 3-5 business days to ship before contacting us. If for any reason your order cannot ship within 3-5 days, you will be contacted directly. Buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses including, but not limited to shipping cost, insurance, weekend delivery fees and certified mail expenses. If expedited services are needed, please contact us immediately for rates.

Don't fret! It's inevitable that a crystal will pop off from time to time... We've got you covered. Each and every garment we make includes extra stones. If you are handy, with a bit of glue you can replace the stone. Likewise, you can send your garment back to us for a touch up. All of our garments include a 6 month re-bling touch up. Easy peasy! All of are garments are hand wash only in cold water with mild detergent. Lay flat or hang to dry! DO NOT dry clean, machine wash or dry in a machine. Find more do's and don't of garment care HERE

Turn around time on customs varies based on our availability. Generally speaking, we book 2-3 months out, but can be as long as 8-10 months. Please contact us for a current turn around time.

Please take into consideration that we try to accommodate all of our customers to the best of our ability. To ensure that we can get you your garment completed for a specific deadline, it is recommended to plan well in advance as our books fill up quickly.

We hand source, inspect and select quality stretch fabrics from all over the world for each and every garment we make. We offer specialty fabrics as well as our standard selections that come in a variety of colors. If you are wanting a specialty fabric (patterns, textures, super unique, etc.), we charge a $50 sourcing fee to cover our time spent searching and quality checking. Our standard selections are as follows:

• Stretch Taffeta: crisp, structured fee, super stretchy & smoothing with a metallic finish
• Shiny Spandex: athletic grade spandex, super stretchy & comfortable with a subtle sheen finish
• Matte Spandex: athletic grade spandex, super stretchy & comfortable with a soft matte finish
• Satin Spandex: shiny, satin finish, stretchy & comfortable, delicate therefore must be handled with care
• Ribbed Textured Spandex: subtle vertical stripe texture, super stretchy & comfortable, somewhat delicate therefore must be handled with care
• Bullet Textured Spandex: lightweight, super stretchy & comfortable with a subtle texture, somewhat delicate therefore must be handled with care
• Sparkle Spandex: unique, super stretchy & comfortable, buttery soft inside, sparkle effect with glitter
