PLEASE NOTE

HSBD requires a signed design agreement be submitted along with a 50% non refundable deposit. No work will begin without BOTH being submitted with order.

Actual designs and color may vary. Our design gallery is made up of "rough sketches" which can vary when applied to fabric for a variety of reasons included, but not limited to, garment size, fabric, materials, special requests, etc. We do out best to keep the final product as accurate as possible to original sketch, however, please understand that there may be slight variations. Please note any elements that are "must haves" if you can't live without them in your design to guarantee that they will be included in the final product.

Prices may vary and additional fees may be incurred based on selections. The prices given and deposit taken at checkout are to act as an estimate. While our prices are accurate for the designs as shown, any special requests or add ons may incur additional fees. Regardless, any monies paid will go toward your final purchase price. IN STOCK/OFF THE RACK

All in stock, ready to ship items will be shipped within 3-5 business days from order date (if not sooner). If part of your order is in stock and the other part is a Re-Order, we will wait to ship all of the items together unless specified.

RE-ORDER/CUSTOM

Turnaround times vary based on time of year, availability of materials, number of customs before you, etc. The following timelines are ESTIMATED and vary according to those mentioned above.

Please use the RUSH ORDER option, with your needed completion date if, you have a strict deadline. If you select the rush order option, we will reach out to you after checkout to discuss timeline. All efforts will be made to accomodate all of our customers deadlines

OFF THE RACK POLICIES

We accept returns/exchanges on unworn, unaltered off-the-rack items with the tags attached within 7 days of delivery. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable.

RE-ORDER/CUSTOM POLICIES

By placing your order, you understand that you have entered into an agreement with HSBD to make a garment with size and features selected prior to checkout. HSBD requires a minimum non refundable deposit of 50% be paid before any work will begin. Re-Makes/Re-Orders and Customs are NOT eligible for returns/refunds. Please double check your measurements before ordering.

Garments are not guaranteed one-of-a-kind. All designs are property of HSBD. If you are passionate about having a one-of-a-kind garment, please leave that in the "Special Requests" tab.

Deposits are non-refundable and customs/re-orders/semi-customs are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges.
