DESIGN CONSULTATION

Schedule a design consultation to chat in depth about your perfect garment! We will discuss items such as type of garment, color schemes, must haves and your style. Consultations typically last around 30 minutes. Bring any and all questions and lets start designing! 

Once you have purchased the design consultation, the designer will contact you to schedule a time and date. Please provide an active email and phone number to be contacted through and look for a scheduling email within 24-48 hours of purchasing your design consultation.

**Please note: This is a non-refundable purchase. If you proceed with a custom garment, the design consultation fee go towards your finalized non-refundable deposit on the garment. Any designs/sketches made and provided to the customer during the design consultation are property of Horse Show Beauty Designs and are reserved for the customer for 30 days. If the customer does not move forward with the custom garment, the design will be added to our gallery of options for future customers.

IN STOCK/OFF THE RACK

All in stock, ready to ship items will be shipped within 3-5 business days from order date (if not sooner). If part of your order is in stock and the other part is a Re-Order, we will wait to ship all of the items together unless specified.

RE-ORDER/CUSTOM

Turnaround times vary based on time of year, availability of materials, number of customs before you, etc. The following timelines are ESTIMATED and vary according to those mentioned above.

Please use the RUSH ORDER option, with your needed completion date if, you have a strict deadline. If you select the rush order option, we will reach out to you after checkout to discuss timeline. All efforts will be made to accomodate all of our customers deadlines

OFF THE RACK POLICIES

We accept returns/exchanges on unworn, unaltered off-the-rack items with the tags attached within 7 days of delivery. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable.

RE-ORDER/CUSTOM POLICIES

By placing your order, you understand that you have entered into an agreement with HSBD to make a garment with size and features selected prior to checkout. HSBD requires a minimum non refundable deposit of 50% be paid before any work will begin. Re-Makes/Re-Orders and Customs are NOT eligible for returns/refunds. Please double check your measurements before ordering.

Garments are not guaranteed one-of-a-kind. All designs are property of HSBD. If you are passionate about having a one-of-a-kind garment, please leave that in the "Special Requests" tab.

If you would like to make any changes to design, please contact us directly. Some designs can be modified, but may result in additional charges. Completion dates are not guaranteed. Please use the RUSH ORDER option if garment is needed sooner that estimate turnaround time. ORDER DISCLAIMER

We do our absolute best to accomodate all of our clients needs. We try to replicate any sketches, picture exchanges, color swatches, design elements, etc. the absolute best we can, however, slight differences and discrepancies may occur. If you have any MUST HAVES or MUST HAVE NOTS, PLEASE make this known as it will narrow the opportunity for error. Deposits are non-refundable and customs/re-orders/semi-customs are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges.

We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to color as possible. However, due to photographic lighting sources, inconsistencies of various monitors settings, we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. Furthermore, every individual may see these colors differently.
